Face:

1. Give a Facial for Yourself : Once a week, use a natural honey face mask by combining 2 teaspoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of honey for softer skin and cleansed pores. Honey is a natural antiseptic and has a tremendous effect on the skin.8. Avocado paste is also a good facial mask.

3. Honey also makes a great lip balm!

4. If you have sensitive acne-prone skin, avoid rich spicy foods, which only irritate and inflame your system.

5. The creamy layer formed at the top of milk is a good moisturizer and enhances skin tone. But if your skin is oily, avoid this.

6. Keep half a glass of fresh milk overnight. you can see a thick layer at the top which is an excellent moisturizer. Apply this on the face and wash after 30 minutes.

Hair:

1. Massage your head with rich coconut oil once a week. Apply oil on hair too. Leave it in there for about three hours before washing with shampoo and conditioner. You will get soft, smooth hair.

2. Mix one egg with a mashed up banana and apply it as a thick paste to your hair. Leave it on for 10-30 minutes, Then, wash it out as usual. You will get shiny hair.

3. Condition Damaged Hair. Honey is a great natural conditioner. You can simply add a teaspoon of the stuff to your regular shampoo to smooth your damaged locks. You can also combine it with olive oil for a deeper conditioning. Let it soak for 20 minutes with your hair wrapped in a towel before shampooing as usual.

4. As you know, henna is a natural hair dye. If you mix it with black tea (without sugar :-p) and lemon juice to make the paste you will get a natural reddish brown color.

2. Honey is a fantastic moisturizer, especially on dry patches, like your elbows or hands. Rub onto your dry, patchy skin and let it sit for about 30 minutes before washing off.

3. Eating lot of fruits and vegetables improve the smoothness of your skin and make it shining. Avocado  pomegranate, beans, walnuts are some of them.

4. Have an Amazing Bath. Relax your body and soak your skin in a soothing bath. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to 1 cup of hot water and let it dissolve for about 10 minutes. Add 2 or 3 drops of lavender essential oil and add it to your bath.
